Adcon Builders, Inc. was founded in 1985 by John and Pat Gercon. Together with their team they offer tremendous experience in the building industry. John grew up doing construction work and adds an Education and Training background to the mix. 		 
Pat has a four-year Construction Management degree and over 15 years of estimating and project management of large commercial construction projects. For 26 years Adcon Builders has been building fine custom homes in the Bay Area.
